Today I finish the flip of the Verdant Nook. I'm sorry to say that I don't start a new property, simply because I woke up with a cold this morning and my voice is not lasting as long as I'd like, but I managed to finish this house and... we get a visit from Merc and Matt in the bargain.     The plants look so nice. This is a great little house. 🍫 for Merc. You could try to build a duplex/townhouse sometime. Good luck with the new channel launch. Feel better 😊
