What a kind heart and understanding you have, Ryan. It seems like you are close to Thai people every time we see your vlogs. In my opinion, it's rare to find these qualities in people because they come from within, but I see it in you from watching your vlogs from the very beginning. Thank you for sharing and updating.🙏👍❤💯

Try and work on stage / progress payments if the build appears slow! They've probably made some money at around 60% completion? Walk the site and check what they say they have done and only pay out if the quants claimed match your inspection! Pays to keep an eye on these guys at all times--regardless of being 'family or friends--you're boss man you play them ! Music is an ancillary option for easing the progress! Beers are worth buying if they deserve! Good vlog!

Nice thought to gift a radio and good customer service to our the batteries in and then to check it works. I would have done the same with loading the Ute (Aussie term for truck as you call it - the American term) as you Ryan. I would also have looked to tie down the front part of those long pieces to somewhere at the front bumper of the Ute, though modern vehicles make that harder with their designs. The small room being built: stainless steel sink, water inlet & outlet, extraction fan... Sounds like somewhere to wash a certain plant 🤫 and the extraction fan to draw out the fumes so Damo doesn't detect what you're sm*king 😂 I did expect to see a better 'thank you from the builder for the radio though. Maybe that came later and we didn't see it in the vlog 🤔 Enjoyable vlog as per usual 🙏🙏🙏😃

Hello Ryan! Happy that you did start new project, I am as technician more worried about waste water and pipes ventilation. Do new building will be connected to "Cottage" waste water line? To avoid problems with "bad smell" from toilet - if you have WC-seat, shower and wash basin, distance between ventilation pipes should be max 10m. If connection will be longer - need ventilation pipe over the roof. Another thing is about ventilation in living area - have you might thinking about to install - Wind turbine ventilator? B.R. Ruslan from Finland.

We time me sitting down & you uploading pretty well 👍 I'm guessing the window is single glazed and nothing fancy but it's crazy how cheap it is. We have to have at least double glazing, some people import UPVC windows from Europe. UPVC can cost 30-60k NZD for a house lot in NZ. $27 AUD you'd be lucky to buy the rubber seal for that window here. 🤯 A 50 year land lease and a self built tiny house/cabin seems very achievable there. Grow some tucker, a few animals & a pimped out scooter with a side car. Doesn't sound to bad in my old age. That load I'd be driving around the corner and tie it on with more than loose plastic string. What if you had to slam on the brakes. You'd get pulled up for that here. 12" long 4" wide of cactus they say is good for one person. Keep a bucket on hand 👍

We always had a small "boom box" back in the late 70's early 80" when I was working construction. Your building supply store is quite complete. Glad to see you checking those Thai tie downs of the material. Mo saying "its Thai standard" made me laugh. 555 Like the overview of the build. You are "moving out" soon. Had not seen the little bathroom off the kitchen, obviously needed. You call it "render" Americans call it smooth stucco. All looking good guys. Waiting for your next "rant" here on the Naked Guru.😂😆😉 It's all good. Peace and Love Y'all
