Nina, thank you for sharing these 2022 trends! I honestly liked all of them, they all looked rather elevated. I gravitate towards European inspired interiors; therefore, the use of beige, noble or natural materials and architectural elements really attract me. I love the sleek "rustic", that would be as rustic as I would go :-). Black and white photography will never go out of style because it's very artistic and a staple of good taste. The colorful maximalism is a little intimidating, but it's still elegant if done well.

Love the video and all the great insights. The only one I struggle with is the no kitchen, kitchen that works in mansions that have butlers kitchens and massive pantries. In sub 3k square foot homes that would be a challenge for storage. Love the sculptural furniture and glad we are moving away from boring boxes.

Glad to see natural earthy toned whites and beiges are back. This mimics nature and this is so great and relaxing in a home. Did not like the stark whites and greys. Always thought they were so cold. Can’t wait to hear more about your predictions for design and trends for this year Nina !
