Sounds knackered. The bearings are definitely on their way out. It sounds like someone poured water onto the motor!

I think that’s were it may have came from I’m not sure, it was quite a few hours away from me and some ppl were nice enough to go and get it for me

It’s not bad at all I quite like it especially cause it’s in this colour. Just needs a lot of work done to it and will hopefully turn out just fine. This will probably need brushes too

My Gran use to have A WMA59 and it broke after 16 years it was the 1st Hotpoint WMA I saw and its better than washing machines she has had and I I had a WMA55 and it was terrible it had bad bearing its motor sounded terrible when spinning and it was rubbish at filling up with water it came off Gumtree and it broke after 2 years I

yeah these machines are really quite good, even though this one’s in poor condition it still keeps working. Did you mean wmm59 and wma54?
