I tried today sambar, wow really nice sambar recipe for tiffin. First I doubted how it will be nice without veggies and even shallots. But it really taste good. Hi lalitha, Aluminium kadai is 40 years old its my inlaws, and AMC i bought it from amc consultant if you want i ask her to contact you.for hot water milton brand.

Is this the same podi as arachuvitta Sambar podi but here with no coconut ?
