INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE CHOP MASALA:
Oil= 200 gm
Black Pepper= 1 tsp
Cinnamon Stick= 3
Bay leaf= 3
Cloves= 6
Green Cardamom=6
Black Cardamom= 2
Cumin Seeds= 1 tsp
Onion= 1 kg
Ginger Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 3 tbsp
Tomato= 500 gm
Turmeric Powder= 1/4 tsp
Salt= 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
FOR THE WHITE GRAVY BOILLING:
Cashew= 500 gm
Onion= 300 gm
Green Chilly= 2
Green Cardamom= 6
Ginger= 1inch
Garlic= 1 tbsp
Water= 1 liter
FOR THE WHITE GRAVY TADKA:
Oil= 200 GM
Green Cardamom=8
Black Cardamom= 1
Cinnamon Stick= 2
Bay Leaf= 3
Ginger Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
White Gravy
Water= 1/5 liter
Sugar= 1 tbsp
Salt
FOR THE YELLOW GRAVY BOILLING:
Onion= 1 kg
Cashew= 300 gm
Ginger= 1 inch
Green Chilly= 2
Garlic= 2 tbsp
Green Cardamom= 8
Turmeric Powder= 1 tbsp
Salt= 1 tbsp
Water= 1/5 liter
FOR THE YELLOW GRAVY TADKA:
Oil= 200 gm
Bay Leaf= 3
Green Cardamom= 8
Cinnamon Stick= 3
Cloves= 7
Black Pepper= 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 1 tsp
Tomato Puree
Yellow Gravy
Water= 1/5 liter
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Salt= 1 tbsp
FOR THE TOMATO GRAVY BOILLING:
Tomato= 1kg
Cashew= 200 gm
Green Cardamom= 6
Green Chilly= 3
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 1 tbsp
Salt= 1 tbsp
Ginger= 2 inch
Garlic= 60 gm
Sugar= 1 tbsp
Water=1 liter

White gravy se - sahi (paneer/chicken) n tandoori reshmi butter masala n white butter chicken. Yellow gravy - kadhai chicken/paneer,butter masala chicken/paneer,mixed veg., Sabgi wali handi/non.veg handi chicken/ Morton, masala gravy chicken/motton/fish.. Tomato gravy also like yellow gravy.. N chop gravy is supporting gravy

All gravies are passed through a sieve as the last step. He mentioned it a couple of times “chaan ke rakhna hai”
