@@builderman912 I got a pretty damn perfect take of the first half until the high bend on the 17 fret e string when Felder joins back in with Walsh. My tone is also almost spot on, I posted it on my private and I have had 6 different people remark that now. Unfortunately I don't post real life footage of me here on youtube.

@lososfish620 there is one or two bends on the high e, you're either A) using the shittiest strings, B)bullshitting, C)just doing the most wrong lmao

@@hughmunguskawk I don't think it has to do with how many bends there are but rather the fact that high e strings are usually the thinnest ones and used the most generally. Also, you have to account the fact that you have to practice to actually play the solo well, so it does not really matter if there are 1-2 bends cuz you are gonna be bending that string a lot regardless.

@lososfish620 hey buddy, I've been playing the solo for years and have never broke my high e string during it. you're obviously using the worst temu off brand strings or you're just not good at playing and putting way too much stress on your instrument.

2 weeks into it i reached somwhere around 35, I just cant hit those quick bends on the 9th fret

Can i get this tone/sound using just my fender champion 40 amp? If so, what settings should i do? Thank you so much in advance. I’m half way with this tutorial for 2 days now, but im not satisfied with the tone i have.

Sorry to tell you bro, I also bought the amp a few years back but the Fender Champion is not a good Amp at all, The mid and highs are fine but the lows are the worst i've used for the price range. You will need to get better guitar processors to get the good classic crunchy tones.

my playing of the solo's so much better now, I've been playing guitar for around 6 years now.. my playing's good but there are just a few parts that need working. i recommend you look at the small details in the tabs more and practice them a lot. i also recommend filming yourself so you could know where you need to work on

@@stormfrog1 strings snap or break when you bend them too far or tune them way up, tighter than the standard tuning. this solo has crazy bends so it's a high e string killer as most people would put it lol

i been playing this solo for about a year and have never broke a high e… it doesn’t really have that many high e bends 4 or 5 maybe, im much more likely to break a string playing polyphia
