I've never collected DC figures before, but this might just be my first. Its cool enough and different enough to warrant consideration. I love the purple exhaust on the bike and the USB power. Hot Toys is killing it.

I honestly want to know Justin’s opinion. Should they have done some more R&D and make a suit that would sacrifice posability? I can only imagine we would have gotten around the same range of motion and creasing as with previous hot toys spidermen. Which I don’t mind.

I'm all for this figure. Likewise, my only gripe is the abrupt straight cut off of the cowl, however this should be an easy fix. That said, I'm sure HT will make some improvements to the final product.

It’s probably the only scene in the movie of how he’s shown, so having the suit for the bike scene makes sense.. I’m sure he’s not wearing this suit fighting crime from rooftops. I agree, the likeness is not there, it’s probably a licensing issue. Maybe the faceplates can be switched out from other affleck Batmans or a custom head would work. But I’ll be ordering this 👍🏻

I think the cowl looks very similar to JL version and Hot Toys might make this one so close that people can use JL face plate instead. Of course they cant courage people to do so... All this IF they won't get Affleck's signature And this time the suit material seems to be more like "jeans-style" so you can pose it better if you wish...

Having just recently decided to have a Batman legacy shelf, I obviously missed out on the Justice League suit. So I was reaaaaallllly hoping that this final Batfleck figure would be the one to add to the collection. The suit is definitely unique but I don't know if it's the "definitive" Batfleck suit. Bike is awesome and really tempting for me to get. The sculpt on the other hand is terrible. If I do end up getting this, I hope I can get the Justice League sculpt and change it out

Hot Toys will HAVE to address the sculpt. They tend to do so when there's so much feedback on their socials. Which, from what I've seen so far, there's a lot of it! Either it's a likeness rights issue, or this is a rushed prototype. I think its honestly the former.

I'm going out on a limb here, but maybe they're showing a prototype face plate for Afleck, Hot Toys will probably package a different headsculpt once the movie has been released. Unless this is a Tony Stank situation, then collectors will be mad period.

Have to say, this is very tempting. Yeah don’t look like Ben so what? It’s an aweasome Batman. Glad I wasn’t going nuts and the suit is grey and blue not black. I think overall the entire set is very nice and I really like this bike over the dark knight Batpod. Might have to get this and dive into the rabbit hole of this movie

You are right about the likeness rights to Ben Affleck’s face. They can’t use it anymore because he’s no longer the current cinematic Batman actor. However, they can still use it unless it’s from a previous film, hence why they’re releasing a 2.0 Batfleck from BvS and that figure has Ben’s likeness. Now for the new Hot Toys figure, it is indeed his stunt double because Ben was never in the batsuit when they were shooting The Flash movie. They just cgi his face onto his stunt double’s body. The only time he was in the suit was in a deleted post credit scene and that suit was all black instead of blue and grey. They must’ve changed it during post production.

This seems like one of those figures that collectors will appreciate it so much more in hand because of the massive detail. Of course all figures are somewhat like that but there are some that stand out so incredibly in person because of the massive detail (like most of the DAMToys AC line). Unfortunately, I have to agree that this looks nothing like Batfleck. The mouth plates look so wrong that when first seeing the HT FB post, I really wasn’t 100% positive that this was supposed to be him.

The suit is practical considering he's old, batfleck was batman 20 years on the job remember and when he told wonder woman after she told him you can't do this forever while she reset is dislocated shoulder and he replied saying he could barely do it now. This suit likely allows him to move better while protecting him or enhancing his ability. I dunno it's not the Kilmer and Clooney nipples at least 😂😂😂

Since there's no guarantee that Hot Toys will adjust the faceplate to look like Affleck, I can't justify buying it. I'm not interested of buying a Stuntman in a Batsuit and for almost $300, I don't see why I have to look for a customizer to get it right. The Keaton Batman is almost the same price with a full on Headsculpt. I'm curious to see know if a lot of people will get this.
