I feel like they work as a unit I’ve occasionally had a little peak of a kid helping in the background. I wish I would have found her long before I had my own kids because I failed in that department. Im working now getting them together to help me with the house. I wish I would have taught it from a young age. Just a speculation but I believe that’s how she keeps it so tidy. ❤

What a productive garden. Love when you go in your garden and get all your ingredients you need for entertaining. Your little guy is growing so fast and so cute.

TIP FOR SALADS 🙂 Letting salads with brassicas (kale, shaved brussel sprouts, broccoli, etc) sit in the vinegarette for an hour or so before serving helps soften the veggies so they are easier to eat. Think of it like marinating! Makes it more tender and rehydrates with the flavorful vinegarette.

Mennonite women grow up working hard in the homes and garden. Very good people. We use their christian light curriculum. Very peaceful.❤

Everything looks so delicious!! We have a small garden, but I would love to have a garden like yours one day. I find that massaging the kale with lemon juice and olive oil for a few minutes (you may have done that) makes for a delicious kale salad. Love your videos!!☺️

Lil tip when dealing with fresh kale is to massage it with some oil and vinegar dressing with lil salt to “ tenderize “ it. Makes a world of difference ❤

Yes, please let us know how you and the family cope with heat. Do you change your routines during summer? Any tips on keeping little ones from getting too hot? My son was born in February and it is precious to see your William, another baby his age.

Just in case a new cook is going to make your coleslaw, in the video you said "lettuce" and in the recipe it also says "lettuce" instead of cabbage. The food looks great!

I am pretty sure he or she is a Newfoundland. Giant breed, excellent with children and love the water. They are considered nanny dogs however if you want to keep one indoors get ready for slobber and tons of fur everywhere. I board dogs and have several as regular customers. Hopefully Steph will do a little puppy video so we can see more of the new member of the family. 😃
