To be fair, the two stopped the overall water direction because going to each and every house with just the two of them would have been way too much work, and singling out specific houses would show overall favoritism. Souei finishing the work to his own house is a different story because he is the one that put in the extra work. Rimuru had no problem with the idea of individual houses having plumbing from the hot spring, but it wasn't a feasible thing to actually do with only the two of them working on it.

I don't know who I'm more jealous of, Rimuru for bathing with the women or Souei for sneaking his own private hot springs?

did one piece had a hot spring episode\hot spring in soem episode? i remember a few bathhouse scenes but since 99.9% of everything in One Piece is to further the plot, it's pretty hard to incorporate a "hot springs episode". and One Piece is 1000 chapters

Honestly, although the primary series is filled with so much drama and conflict. I love Slime Diaries because it just brings the world we come to know to life just a bit more rather than just politics, war, death, destruction. It just brings it more enjoyable.

@@FFKonoko im not reading the light novel or web novel of this, but as far as i could tell, anything he absorbs, including humans or living things, does not affect his mind, only his body and abilities. so the only reason he is comfortable being around naked man and women is that he is a genderless slime in this world. and he still seemed to enjoy girls affection and body(shion's underboobs) despite being a genderless slime, so there is still some bit of his human male mind left in him(which makes sense because at the end of the day, he didn't lose any of his memories).

Actually quite pleasant surprisingly I’ve only had the experience with a hot tub unfortunately but the rising steam makes the surrounding temperature mostly irrelevant. Although you have not lived until you’ve been in (literal)hot water when it’s freezing outside think snuggling under a warm blanket x1k

Rimuru regularly bathes with both men and women, regular wears both male and female style clothing, could change themself to appear more masculine or feminine at will, and does not. To me, this is proof that Rimuru is either gender fluid, or doesn't identify as anything. Yeah, I know Rimuru was Satoru Mikami as a human in their past life, but Rimuru itself doesn't seem bothered by their new body and makes no attempt to cling to how they used to be. Even after obtaining the power to do so. Just my headcanon.

iirc Rimuru says even being in a human form is about as restricting as wearing a suit, while transforming (into either gender) makes it feel even more restrictive. When asked he usually says he's a guy, but since everyone and their mother calls him a little girl upon first meeting him he gave up correcting them. That said his actual body is genderless and the only reason he wont transform into a female is because he thinks it would be rude to Shizu. Meaning at this point Rimuru probably doesn't care in the slightest what his gender is (which I guess actually does make him gender fluid)

The funniest thing about the hot spring scenes is that they don't exist in the light novel. Literally, neither gender would let him bathe with them because I guess both are attracted to him? Idk i just found it funny that they made him bathe alone XD

Nah, that was just one scene where he fail to sneak in the women bath with Hinata because she call him out on his past life. He then default to the boy bath but the girls get jealous and stop him. The very same scene make pretty clear the Rimuru bathing whit the girl is a common occurrence.

How long do you think Soei's gonna be able to keep his private hot spring a secret?
