i bought around 30 or so bottles of hot sauce and then i found out i have acid reflux so ive cut way back on using them but im always looking for a good hot sauce - do you have any recommendations?

@@seanezekielsmith I don’t have 1 specific one but I am definitely going to make one of my own. It’s not too difficult. I make a very spicy olive oil that I use for dipping bread. It turns into a meal all by itself. A nice olive loaf and spicy oil. Yum

hey Michael! hope yer well ... im really focused on exercising and eating clean right now - i feel like once i get to my goal weight i might do a few reviews here and there but im pretty set on my health for right now - thanks for checking in!
