I admire Charlie’s bravery and guts. I’m just as weak when it comes to spice. I struggle when people add pepper in the “salt and pepper” combo and I can’t imagine pushing through all the sauces without taking multiple days and truckloads of ice cream. Hats off to you, sir

Plain yogurt would help a lot more than water or a milkshake, it's thicker and fattier and coats the mouth and throat more thoroughly. Peanut butter is also particularly good at breaking down capsaicin, the fats bond very well and ease the pain much more quickly. Good on you for enduring the ow and being brave. :D

This man has massive tattoos that probably take over an hour and a half to do with quite a bit of pain but the second he eats anything with more capsaicin than a bell pepper he crashes to his knees. Edit: And he has the physique of a Greek god.
