What you need:
A plier
2 part Epoxy Adhesives
Tweezers (Optional)
A pair of steady hands. That's it!

Quick question, is there a way that you could install these axles so that they are not permanent and could be removed at a later time? (Maybe a less strong glue or epoxy)

Tyler Gates I’m not sure personally I like to keep my wheels stiff and secure when I roll. You can PM Garage 64 as well on their FB page cheers.
