I had a taxi lap 10 years ago on the nordschleife. Either you film it with ure smartphone and ull get sick and miss that feeling. It will look like watching your round like on tv, or you’ll forget about your smartphone and enjoy the lap

@@Instarentner I think the best is obviously mounting a GoPro to the wind-shield and letting it roll for the entire lap, no need to focus on framing and stabilisation, and you get to enjoy the lap - as Misha said in the pinned comment's reply, he had FOUR GO PROS recording and still the passenger wanted to film vertical shaky video on an iPhone

Misha you should have a no phone rule in place. Just from a safety aspect.

Compared to Astra OPC yesterday this is far more manageable BUT the Astra passenger was so into the lap and that’s sometimes more enjoyable than the actual lap. Sadly this guy I think just fell asleep with his eyes open, I get not everyone is chatty but wow… it’s a once in a lifetime experience for some to have Misha drive you. Engage a bit!

SEAT Cupra = VW GTI mechanically. So same VW either 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual clutch auto transmissions.

Although we dont get the Cupra in the US it shares same engine as the Golf R. They are powerhouse little engines that can handle a lot of additional power on the stock block. I know longer have it but my mk7 Golf R was at about 415whp with downpipe and tune on ethanol blend (E30) with stock fueling and turbo. Once I upgraded to a hybrid turbo and added multi port injection it was 520whp on E85. Loads of people here in the states running that sort of setup very reliably for many miles

Hey Passenger! Im pretty in your Age (25). With filming like the whole round, you killed nearly the best Vibes, you have a great car and Misha driving it, you even get a 3-4 Views Full HD youtube Video and can ask for the Clips getting sent to you. Next time talk to your personal driver, because it is disrispectful, Misha can choose free what cars he wants to drive and he is older than you. If there is a similar situation, dont do this again men. 1 Minute Video is ok, but not the whole round, I rarely see Misha talk that less while driving.
