I been in contact with them via emailed and WhatsApp but to be honest I just lost some money with an overseas company that was making my bag logos, I paid and never received my goods. So I'm very shaken and fearful. I don't live in the UK but I have friends that can purchase and send to me.

THANK YOU!! I have tried so many ways to heat deboss gold HTV. The heat gun was so very touchy. Either too hot or too cold. The instruction said to "kiss" (touch for a second or two) your heated metal maker's mark to the leather. It is so difficult. If it didn't get it just right, your whole craft piece was ruined. Thank you for your demonstration!

I really enjoy and appreciate your dedication to explain supremacy of this machine compared to cheap Chinese one, but let simple it out. We all can not afford Rolls Royce. 😊 I would say, all of us having leather craft as a hobby should start with cheap sh.t and upgrade, hopefully, one day to this one. Or Kingsley. 🙊

The FoilCraft is a far superior machine.

Hello Mostafa. It sounds like you may be using inferior foil. Most foils on the market are Chinese rubbish. Buy better quality foil, made by a reputable manufacturer and you should not have this problem.

Is heat ever necessary for embossing or debossing? Or would the addition of heat simply speed up the impression time & allow potential for a darker (burned/cooked) appearance?

Hello Josh. You can do it without heat, but this require a lot more pressure. The heat helps a lot and is required if you are using any type of foil to adhere to leather.

FoilCraft is the make of the machine. You can buy whatever font stamps you want. Ask the retailer what they offer.

Any recommendations for quality custom debossing stamps?

I don't know. But similar models will do the same job - a lot cheaper than the CPL brand.

Great machine to have... but for someone start out on leathercraft, and on budget, I really don't see how spending over a thousand Pounds on just one tool makes any business sense
