This was my late brother’s favourite song. He would drive me nuts playing this song over and over. Wish we could go back. Hot Chocolate helps to keep his memory around. The best of times with the best music ever!

somehow sad - the 70's are gone .. great music back then ..

The tragedy of suicide 💔. It kills the body of the deceased. But it also kills the soul of the survivors. Listening to this song with tears in my eyes thinking of my beloved Son, Dennis. Dennis took his life 3 years ago on his 18th birthday. Rest in peace, Son. Rest in peace.

Hot Chocolate! One of the hottest bands of the 1970s/80s. Errol Brown and Tony Wilson held sway before Wilson went solo. RIP Errol Brown!

I just love this song. One of the first songs, as a young kid, that gave me chills. So much heart, soul and truth. ❤ This live version is great but really, too fast, slow down and let us have chills and cry.

rock solid as many from this era...i grew up with this dynasty of fantastic music and when i take my last breath....it will be with this age of music in my soul.....love it.

I bought this record back when it came out, still play it on my turntable. One of my favorites. Thank God for the past.

RIP Errol Brown. Sadly this song was not the same without his powerful voice and stage presence.

I remember finding this song in my mom's 8 track collection as a kid. Great song and guitar riff on this is amazing.

I loved this band as a kid in the late 70s and 80s. He always reminded me of Marverlous Marvin Hagler the boxer. And Hagler was marvelous.

This was recorded in 2018 and is not Errol Brown but his successor Kennie Simon whose voice I don't think has got the depth and strength of Errol's

@@duncanr5627 👌👏 You are correct. Sadly Errol Brown did pass in 2015 at the age of 71. I absolutely agree with you regarding the comparison of voices between Errol and Kennie. Yep, Errol had those vocals that was magical. RIP ~ Errol Brown I see a lot of peeps commenting are under the impression that the current singer Kennie Simon, who didn't join HC until 2010, is Errol Brown.

It's great to see so many people having fun dancing to a song about suicide.

To Heinz Oswald Errol Brown is not alive, even if he was, the original Hot Chocolate had disbanded in 1986, that's the last time Errol performed with HC, the band he had created back in 1968. The man you see singing here is Kennie Simon who rejoined the "rebanded" group in 2010.

If I didn't know I'd have sworn that this guy is Errol Brown, anyway this did a fantastic job you can't really tell the difference
