Ive made a few dishes of hers at home and they never disappointed us. It is kinda hard to find all ingredients but luckily more and more Asian markets are opening in our area bringing the ingredients right to us. The owners if the store are Japanese but always help me find things and even look forward to whatever I'm going to try this time. One of my favorites to play with is fermented black beans. They are scary to look at but black bean garlic sauce made from scratch is an eye opener! I keep seeing soy milk skins or tofu skin and I know they sell it so that might be my next try. I wish you luck in your career as a chef. I quit a long time ago to work in computers then i switched to greenhoyse/nursery but now I just help with my grandkiddos and garden and brush up on my cooking skills.

一開頭就好溫馨，阿太幫盆姐梳頭，盆姐問阿公怎麼不去打牌了，在阿太面前幫阿公說話，阿公被哄的眉開眼笑的。轉頭做了涼蝦，馬上去牌桌上分分，也私底下跟街坊鄰居問問，有這樣孝順開朗又懂事的孫女兒，是老人家的福氣；看到孫女就笑得眉眼彎彎的阿太阿公，也是盆姐和阿霞的福氣 日常的祖孫生活畫面太美好了，希望阿太阿公身體健康，盆姐一家幸福快樂❤（大王跟福福就負責吃飯飯睡覺覺😂

My grandparents were all dead by the time I was 11 years old, I think it's really wonderful that you have this close knit family and bonds with your grandparents. It's lovely that you treasure the time with them x

We see our grandparents a few times a year, sometimes more frequently. Unfortunately in America, we are often lonely. I love seeing you take good care of your grandparents and wish I could live closer to my family.

In Indonesia we have similar dessert that called Cendol, it will goes well when you added coconut milk, so the ingredients is Shrimp Rice, brown sugar water and Coconut Milk. Better you add some ripe jackfruit when you boiling your sugar water.. 😊

I’m always amazed at the variety of food she cooks! Her videos remind me of my grandmother who came from a family of farmers. I miss her and wish I could spend an afternoon shelling field peas with her. She was a fantastic cook too!

The first Menu is made Apenjie in Indonesia we call it "Dawet",made from rice flour,printed the same as in the video,plus brown sugar and is usually given the ice cubes,it is suitable to drink when the weather is hot.. 😉👍👍

Grandpa is so precious 😢 We all love you Grandpa. When my grandmother was still alive, my dad and my aunt used to play cards with my grandmother every after dinner. She was 98 but can see the card very clearly.
