1 box of jiffy cornbread mix 1/2 cup Melted butter 1 egg 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn 1/4 cup milk Mix together 350* for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown ❤

So, I make chewy gingersnaps and Nanaimo bars every year. The gingersnap recipe is from my husband's family, and my grandma always made Nanaimo bars, so they are very nostalgic for me. 😊

I love a good simmer pot especially when I'm using my wood burning stove as it dries out the air. I set the kitchen timer to check the pot every and add more water to it. It is awful to let the pot run dry not to mention dangerous. Thanks for all the tips!!!!!!!!!!!!
