Hostility towards ANC leadership at COSATU Congress
ANC national chairperson Gwede Mantashe was booed off the stage at Cosatu's 14th elective congress held in Midrand on September 26, 2022. Mantashe went to deliver the ANC's message of support accompanied by ANC national executive members Mmamaloko Kubayi and Lindiwe Zulu. The delegates are adamant that the ANC must account for what is happening in the country, including the government's current 3% wage increase offer which the COSATU delegates believe is insufficient. Dr. Ebrahim Harvey is a former Cosatu trade unionist, political writer, commentator, and an author.

Meanwhile entrepreneurs the world over are placing the future in their own hands. You see you can moan and complain and cry and do all of those things. You can blame all around you, but that will just not change the fact that you will stand with your open cupped hands waiting for handouts and blaming all because you got nothing. Fact.

Gwede Mantashe seem to be very arrogant when addressing the media,in fact he was even reluctant to address the media,the very same mantashe who is not even supposed to be part of tht Congress,he is supposed to be home in fact preparing for his cases as he was implicated in th zondo commission. Cosatu should stand up and be counted
ANC has one chance to avoid disaster in 2024 which is to elect a neutral president preferable woman who will talk strong about social matters and be decisive in decisions making also take no prisoners in accountability of her cabinet laziness and incompetent..in that the issue of illegal immigration be clear and do something about it. If ANC does that they can still get even 60%
Sad thing, after all this high level dram. COSATU executives will back ANC and Ramaphosa. It would be FRUITFUL, if the backed EFF

Its very fine to consult one another but people require to check the angle the news agents hope to accentuate. South Africa has oldest colonizers' corporations who have been shipping the country's resources. Democracy is a system that exports poverty and there is no doubt that people will never stop following a system that is impoverishing the country.
