Love your videos! You are the epitome of class and elegance. Even if he keeps the lights on, your husband is a gem!

Thank you soooo much. ❤️
That car conversation was so interesting. I think all couples have the same issue when it comes to resolving differences. Suggestion: discuss the light bill when it comes and determined if turning off lights when not in use is that important. Maybe the difference in the bill won't affect your financial goals. Maybe subconscious he just likes being in the light. Maybe he can tell you how to approach him when he does something that bothers you. "You" statements usually evoke a defensive response, even though they're often not intended that way.

Brilliantly said. In fact, I’m going to do just that I’m gonna look at the electric bill and determine whether it’s worth fighting over. I appreciate your insight. Thank you for watching. Will keep you posted! ❤️
My husband and I have been happily married forever. We don’t argue over these things because we solve the roots of problems. If the bill is too high, we change it so that it’s not a problem to leave things on. It’s not worth fighting over. We just switch to LEDs. I know we’re on the same team. I trust he’ll make good decisions and if he slips, I know he’s not being adversarial, he’s just human. The sota instruments bio tuner also keeps us calm and is our secret weapon. It’s got us through leaps and bounds in our lives. It’s completely different from where we started. I give this credit for getting us what ever we set our sights on. Seriously.

Like, you want your big event? Tune up and be ready. It’s going to happen. And quickly! When I started tuning, people would come up to me and actually compliment my calmness. You see, I was the poster girl for nervous anxiety. So the difference was noticeable. I even display my art. I’ve seen people absolutely transform with this thing. It’s incredible.

Thank you once again, Nina!❤ I truly enjoyed touring homes for future flip projects, following your current projects and everything else (events, fashion, beauty, travel, talks with your husband). It’s the mixture that keeps your channel interesting. ❤

The “jungle” home has so much potential!! I love it. I moved from NYC to Miami less than 1.5 years ago to find my dream home last year in Ft Lauderdale…I love renovations and projects, something about transformation that gets me excited!!!

What a dreamy driveway! House #1 for me! I can already imagine driving up to this beautiful home nestled among trees. Sooo much potential in the backyard too. If time and money is a no issue, would put an offer in a sec.

Yes! I was thinking that mid-century house wasn't grand enough for you. And when you said French and traditional that is exactly what I meant. We do have the same taste and style as you!
Hi Nina, the house has potential, but the Tennis court kills it, a home next to a tennis court is hard to sell no matter how stunning it will be. The property is worth it but there are pros and cons.
I'm really enjoying your vlogs, including your conversations with your husband. I love seeing your outfits of the day because your style is always on point and your hair looks amazing too. Are those coppery brown highlights? Please spill. I also like your insights when you tour houses and the story you told about Jeff Bezos' house and how you can't get any wifi when you enter. Great content, loving it all xo

Marion thank you so much. You are so perspective. I just got caramel highlights! I asked my hairdresser and she said she used 10 volume and lightener 1:1. You are adorable and I am so glad you are enjoying the content. ❤️

That last house your walked through is unbelievable.. the possibilities are endless. I would love to see what you do with it. Fingers crossed you get it at a great price. Loved all your ideas during the walk through and in particular leaving the marble fireplace and bringing in white oak chevron floors.
Love your style
I would love to see more interior design and more updates on your flip projects. Both of those potential flip properties were great to see!

You definitely need a smaller size in the jeans! I know I do the same thing to my husband, as in “You do it too”. I am you at our home about turning off lights, sorting the recycling etc. Your husband is unfortunately correct. We BOTH do the same thing and WE all need to be better. We also need to be better at not attacking the person we love the most.

Thanks for sharing your talent, and good taste. Your issue could be common to the rest of us. But in my opinion is better to keep these issues private. Sometimes is better to keep the peace, and pay extra for electricity, or install motion activated lights, or find out if something deeper is going on. Best wishes for both of you!

Great idea!!! Would certainly be worth the cost
I like the house tours where you point out what you would do, and seeing your outfits, but really, the outings too. Now Nina, some tough love here from an elder: you must not be a nag about something as inconsequential as the lights being left on. They’re LED, they sip energy. You spend a million times more on fashion and decor, and those aren’t good for the environment. If you want the lights off, that is a “you” problem, so turn them off. And don’t argue the point. Pick your battles!
My husband does the SAME THING! LOL

Hi Nina, I love your design content. The galleries and tips are wonderful. Might I make a suggestion keeping in mind that this is your channel and can do as you please! I would like to suggest keeping your husband and family off the main stage in your videos. It's a slippery slope for most if not all. I hate to see people criticize the dynamic of your marriage when that's not the main reason we are all here. There are tons of ways to get marital advice and social media is the worst one. If this is unwarranted advice please disregard ❤
Leaving the lights on is a man thing. My husband leaves the lights on but, if the ac is on and I leave the back door open for under a minute . Instead of him closing it he will come out to tell me that I left the back door open .

I think mostly man acts the same way, my hub bother me about lights on i just turn it off when he left it on without bringing up, but my hub brings up like huge thing then it turns to arguments. he never says sorry😂. I must nugging more..lol

I have a disabled son who is living at home ❤️
Bickering and then posting it on line is so cringe worthy. Made me feel uncomfortable. I’m surprised you did that. You totally emasculated your husband.
That conversation should have never been recorded, and you put your husband in a uncomfortable position in front of your viewers, he said he didn't want to talk about it, you were disrespectful to him in front of everyone, what were you trying to prove that you are always right? The way you kept going on and on, good grief, how petty you must really be.
