If a company tracks several KPIs, do we have to make one matrix for all of them separately or just one matrix? What is the best practice? Thanks in advance.
love the video, but also shows the weakness of lean as it constantly fails to acknowledge that most of these drivers of the strategy are hypothesis and very rarely is statistical hypothesis testing taught or implemented in lean initiatives
