Probably not I believe they first separated the times "who" is said and only after sped up each bit of the video (Kinda hard to explain if you didn't use an editing software atleast once in yout life)

By the end it sounds like my VCR messing up and spitting tape reel everywhere.

This must have taken so much effort to do. Since you know you have to detect every time they say who which there is a lot. This must have totally crashed your editing software, so good job for your effort. I can't say from a critical point of view that it's correct but from a viewers point of view it's a good meme.
