    Trouble is where I ride, I can't be eligible to qualify to use a whip until I've mastered getting my horse to stop eating without tugging.

    If he wants to do what he wants put him in a circle if you’re on him reins to knees but don’t yank on the reins if he continues or backs up then make it his idea and make him back up horses are lazy animals and they would want to do less work
