I've seen slight incidents creeping into NBA and NFL overall but football has just become the complete and absolute worst for it. I still try and watch pro wrestling and they no sell going through tables or baseball bat shots to take me out of it and footballers fall down if someone is just vaguely in their vicinity and don't get up for four minutes! It's the exact opposite of what I want from both things!

In terms of the respective universes Raheem Sterling would probably die on the spot if he took an RKO and yet if Kenny Omega got two-footed tackled by all eleven opponents, the substitutes, manager, dinner lady and janitor of the stadum he'd still manage to score the winning goal without a dodgy VAR related decision. And Don Callis would be boring us on commentary.
