@@Jake-cj8yo They need to CALL embellishment fouls. Maybe they can do like they do in ice hockey, where they have off-setting infractions. The ref should be able to book both players. "You did put your hands up and shouldn't have done that so you get a card. But YOU acted like you'd been shot to get the other player sent off when they barely touched you, so you get a card too"

The problem is the rules. If there were drastic consequences like being banned for a couple of months this would immediately stop. Same for dives. I find lack of fairness and sportsmanship to be far more disgusting than anything else.
