I deleted all my socials. I've done a lot more now that I've resolved to spend more time learning the faith and less time on useless interests and hobbies.

In defense of Chesterton and Lewis, they did have more big brain stuff, but it's rare to find people nowendays who actually read any of it. In Chesterton's case, his best stuff is all in Gilbert's Weekly, as his actual profession was being a journalist, and he was pretty good there. His protests of the Boer War for instance were extremely important. Lewis especially has serious academic work, but it's all in his actual specialty, which was Early Modern English Literature. He's frankly probably still the gold standard there, since English departments have self-imploded since his death in the mid-60s. I also really liked reading his work A Pilgrim's Regress, which is basically his biography Surpised By Joy in the motif of A Pilgrim's Progess, but the writing is really good and gives a lot more details about the sources of his ideas

What do you mean by "baptism of desire"? Does that include implicit baptism of desire, even for those who die ignorant of Christ?

@@syedhasanahmed3514 Well, you should know that this position of yours directly contradicts several councils (especialy Florence), and contradicts an absolutely unanimous teaching of the Church Fathers, Saints, and theologions until around 19th century, who taught that explicit faith in Christ is necessary for adults in order to be saved.
