@@heathclark5960 having a dysfunctional family life is seriously my biggest regret that I never had control of. I’m pretty smart and I have the ability to get pretty good with most things I try to learn. But the fucked up childhood I had has caused me to have extreme anxiety and self doubt. Not to mention having a fucked up family is more often than not associated with poverty or financial issues. So I kinda go thrown into adult life with no help whatsoever.

Did he say he was going to do another album? I thought no shame was going to be his last one. He had reasons for not putting out a new album. I remember him saying on IG live the reason why he won’t do another album is because when he does live performances, the crowd doesn’t fully know most of his album songs. That’s why he only puts out single music so that everyone is familiar with the song.

Yes, but it doesn't only happen with husband and wife. I witnessed my ex getting violent with my middle child over some peeling potatoes. My kids also used to call me at work saying things like "Mom dad through a skillet at me," and "Me m we are hungry and dad's sleeping." I guess they were scared to wake him up??? Then I watched a grandma get a fly swatter after a two year old (for discovering gravity and dumping out a bucket of fresh picked veggies), and the poor baby was terrified and in tears, and all I could do was help him pick it up (my heart hurt for him, and I wanted to get violent) So life is rough, and people aren't perfect. We try our best and that's all we can do.

I think these issues are hard not to recognize. It's the shame that keeps people from speaking on it tho for sure like he said in the song you feel like why? Why is there family all nice and shit at home but over here we live in fear and violence is seen everyday its embarrassing to admit something like that. Thats why most women and men get beat behind close door and in public they usually just get a mean look or a tight leg squeeze that she knows ok I'm getting my ass beat when we get home. But the abuser is embarrassed by it to. Its not not recognized as an issue it is for sure hard to admit tho.

I spent 15 years on LIFE for murder in the US. Sitting in Super-Max in Maryland at 18 I looked back much like in this video and counted the things that had created this monster inside of me. Sitting there in isolation I screamed for God to heal me and change me. I've been out of prison many years now. I've written two books (more are on the way), demonstrated for our rights, helped others in countless ways and this is my life path now. I'm so impressed with you as a person. The rawness, realness and fearlessness with which you examine us as a society is truly fascinating. The message you bring, although an off-turner for some because of the curse words you use, is precisely what our society needs. You will reach and touch more than any preacher ever has. God bless you bro.

I am a 24 year old male that had his first daughter at the age of 14 with a 19 year old woman. I grew up with no dad, poor family, felt no love growing up, and with constant yelling and fighting from my family day and night. Once I turned into a teenager I became a ball of anger and rebellion. I now have 2 daughters. I never have hit a woman, but my anger has been definitely out of control most of the time with breaking things and yelling in my rage filled temper tantrums to the point that it scares my gf. My youngest is 2 and she has started acting the same way when she gets angry tossing things and yelling in rhe same manner. I have known that I need to change, but have fallen short. Hopsin I know you may never read this, but your music has always impacted my life and thoughts and expressions of self. This song has made me ponder even deeper on this issue. You have motivated me to push harder to make a change in my life for the better and for my daughters and perhaps therapy. I am grateful that I have had the privilege to listen to your voice. You are a gift to the World. I know that no one cares that much about all this, but it is just nice to share.

I heard of an article where a woman raped a child and despite concrete evidence (I've heard of 3 cases) actually and none went to jail. it disgusts me as a woman I'm idk disgusted if we want equal rights then we deserve to be sentenced equally (that's just in my opinion I'm sure some feminists would disagree with me). But anyways I as someone who has had different issues (I regret doing it....self harming myself) I used to self harm as an outlet from undiagnosed depression I was about 12-13 when I started cutting....it hurt to know my friend told me I was choosing to be depressed and I need to snap out of it....I thought cutting would do that I started around 6th grade and stopped close to halfway into 8th grade....the worst part is when she said those things my youngest sister had cancer. I found an outlet writing. I tell you one thing my poetry tends to be like 99.9% of the time about dark stuff (suicide, self harm etc). While poetry might not be for you, it helps to get a journal and write down your thoughts and maybe even burn the thoughts you write down on paper. You don't have to do what I do i just thought I would give you some advice as I used to go to therapy and he said to find a healthy outlet to let out my thoughts. So yeah that's my advice do with it what you want.

This song is something that can describe my childhood. Now I'm an adult but I have those traits with me. Sometimes I can't control them, but I'm trying my best to get out of it. I always wanted a happy life where everything would be real nothing fake. My mom got daddy issues ,idk bout my father. But I understand why my mother acts like this. She had also faced so many things back in her teenage. But the difference between her and me is I acknowledge those traits and try to control them but she doesn't. I really love them but sometimes it's unbearable .

They never got divorced, I wish they did sometimes. They are still together, don't fight no more, I have two younger brothers who still live with them who have never seen the violence i've seen between them, sometimes i'm jealous of them..
