Ya'll talking like real rappers aren't out there...Kendrick is pretty damn real, so was Tupac, so was NWA so many of the greats were. Hopsin's bars are just kinda meh, and corny...others artists have just been much more subtle and nuanced in their delivery, which makes them stand out.

To be honest, the biggest hip-hop artists are the more conscious, lyrical ones these days. I mean look at guys like Kendrick and Cole who are fucking superstars and are probably the best rappers out right now. Hip-hop is doing really well, Hopsin just isn't as good as his competitors. If this was 2007, back when Soulja Boy was huge, Hopsin would be the biggest rapper out, but there are so many other better rappers than Hopsin these days.

6-7 years since i have last heard this song as a high-school student. Even then this song used to hit me different. I wish the world could hear this song and understand the message. Hearing this song now hits so different, as a man with 2 babies, a wife and half way to owning a house. Really opened my eyes again and enlightened me all over again! This is the best Hopsin we ever had!!

I’ve always thought this spoke truth, but 8 years ago it sounded different 15 years old. Now I’m 23 and this has been one of my favorite songs of all time since day 1

I cried when I saw that guy crush that cigarette. It took me many many years to give up smoking cigarettes. What made me quit was calisthenics, which is one of the healthiest outdoor workouts there is. Seeing people smoke takes me back to times when I wasted so much money that I could have put to good use.
