Kennedy's visit to Ball State on April 4, 1968 can be found in the Eleanor Roosevelt Speech Collection and the Robert F. Kennedy Speech Collection respectively. Digitized film recordings of other significant events and notable guests at Ball State can be found in the Ball State University Historic Films and Videos collection.

No, the ones calling this out as godless and evil would be called the conspiracy theorists.
That was absolutely incredible this speech was given in 1969... yet in retrospect its also very creepy as someone obviously knew a little more than they should have about the future.

He's being very careful on what he says. The last portion about having a world with no children and subdividing people, he's talking about cloning.

Is there any legit info on who this speaker is? I hear a reference to a Mr Sullivan, I'm certain it isn't Richard Day (of the Day Tapes' fame) that's just wishful thinking. But even the website that is linked in the description doesn't yield any clues as to who is speaking, just the venue. How strange.

BALL STATE > INDIANA So many things going on in the Hoosier state that people would be shocked if they dared to dig.

He says he is Mr Sullivan when he relates the story of speaking to an unnamed ladies’ club.
The fact the speakers name is absent should tell you something. I don't know if it's Richard Day. If it is, it's a very GENTLE version of what's on the DAY TAPES (new order of barbarians). And... if you actually believe that the men who own the world are kind-hearted and just want to look after us all, then you deserve what is coming to you.
