@@annikenlittle9644 Witches in this universe don't rely their powers or magic on wands, they use incantations and talismans to perform their spells. But if the witch is poweful enough or the spell is basic they can use simple hand gestures to perform them as well.

No that’s just when it was announced it was getting canceled. So they had to wrap it up without a proper ending. We were really supposed to see Hopes semi full ability but CW mandated that they had to end. Personally, I think Hope could have beat the god. Klaus would have stood a better chance and Hope is supposed to be stronger than him. Also even though magic doesn’t work on gods use it in the fight not to fight him. We saw Josie levitate herself. It proves Hope is strong enough to levitate herself with her magic or even fly. Personally, I think they really underpowered Hopes power in Legacies.
