They literally wrote Thomas to be monster then to safe face gave him a brain injury to explain all his heinous actions but if I'm not mistaken was the storyline of Thomas using his son to blackmail Brooke by using a voice changer app to call cps to get her into trouble and have his father leave her cause of it and marry Taylor, was he still sick or was it after because if it's the latter their just recycling old stories just on different characters and this is a sick and twisted way to get Thope back together and hurt and use another character like Paris yet again.

Thomas has not been has always been a monster and, he still is obsessed with Hope and, I am sure that manikin will eventually make a appearance because, Thomas can’t just stop himself! Eventually he will get caught spilling all his secrets to this manikin! 3:17

I don't think it was anything wrong with Hope. She just doing that to get Thomas back. Because she doesn't want him to be with Paris. Now all of a sudden she has health crisis. Hope needs to get herself together. When Thomas left town she was all about Finn.
