This is so easy to solve, cmon ppl. A guy with dreads snapped A pic and Li was in the frame with scrubs on. Shiela and Deacon are going to on a laptop and come across the pic on social media. Upon further observation, they're going to notice Li in FULL scrubs not come to Tom's aid and it's going to raise suspicion and they're going to show the police. I'm thinking that she hired Bill's ex lawyer because why else would they show him after an entire year? Mystery solved!
