    Thanks for this. I sprained my ankle last week and this week I was supposed to get back to ballet class. I'll be testing myself out in a couple of weeks hoping that I'll be at 90% by then 🥰

    Hello Bob and Brad I will like to thank you so very much for the videos. I had an ankle sprain and fibula fracture since February while playing football, was supported with a POP for 6 weeks then later on light weight bearing then later to full weight bearing but still feeling ankle stiffness and pain around the ankle joint up to the muscles behind the ankle joint. Thank you

    Hello Bob and Brad! Thank You two for that terrific Hop Test demonstration of if a person should return back to a sport after a Knee, Hip or Ankle Injury. This is also an Excellent way for the injuried and Doctor to determine the next step of treatments of any parts Injuried. I would be looking out for the other tests too. Do you have a Test to do for Shoulder/s after surgery and PT to see if ready to Bowl that Perfect Score or even Exercise to lose pound to Shante DVDs?

    Did you guys ever do the jump test video? I can't find it. Also it would be great if you could do a video about how to interpret the results of the hop test. You didn't mention the pain scores for example in the end result. Was it 90% is okay to think about returning to sport? Thanks!

    What if X-Ray, MRI and ultrasound of ankle is all clear, and there's still pain? If I get back to training, what is worst thing that can happen, as everything is clear.. My physiotherapist have tested my nerves, and all okay. It seems that pain is not coming from back, or other parts of the body. Everyone are just so confused, where is the pain coming from.. And I just want to get back to my Taekwondo training, but I don't know how wise that is when already having pain in normal life. All I think is, that maybe I should take a risk and go to training, never know what happens.

    chris darius you are now in the second fase of the recovery. What you should do now is train the range of motion, you can start running now and you can start agiltytraining I

  • @maheradil5535

    @maheradil5535

    chris darius if you want to do tis test u need to be in the 3the fase, the criterium to go to the 3the fase is that you can perform the agiltyexercises from the second fase correctly , your quadriceps and hamstring needs to be at lsi- 80% . In this criterium you can test it with the hops. It needs also to be around 80%. After this in the 3the fase u need to improve those to 90% to return to your sport. Same as that ur gait is compelty normal en symetrical and your knee is painfree
