Eric Taylor. Why you keep saying stop it for one. Secondly i never said he was the top dog and from my knowledge of this video i don't think he said that either. So now the question comes why are you on here refuting claims that weren't made and why are you so concerned....do you have some interest invested in the Hoover's t.s etc?

We all gave up hope that one day we would get an OG Groover/OG Baby Crib interview, but you disproved our doubts. I plan to buy OOOG TS' book the day it drops. I salute those who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this happen.

The Hoovers started in '72 on 75th street. There was Alley Joe, Big Bunchie, Beep (Big None), Mondo, Ford Dog, Buzzard, Big Sims. BTW that is the Sims that was with Tookie the night of the murder. It started in a garage next to the second apartments in the middle of the block. The police raided the spot on night and then 74th was the place to be. Then we said, 7-4-5-9-83 Hoover.

"While in High Power I met Suma, the general of C.C.O. He said he had heard of me and that if I needed anything to let him know. He and Tony Stacy, another C.C.O. member, had come down from Folsom, but O.S.S. had locked them in 1750 right away. Peabody, general of the U.B.N., was there, too. On a visit one night, Tony said that they had come down to try to hook me up. They wanted me and Insane from Playboy Gangster. I was flattered but skeptical. Once in the organization, you were in for life. He asked if I wanted to take a stand and I told him I’d think about it. 'Monsta,' he said frankly, 'you’ve done too much damage to the Crip Nation. We can’t let you continue to kill our citizens. Either you hook up or you must be destroyed for the good of the C-Nation.'” Shakur, Sanyika; Kody Scott. Monster: The Autobiography of an L.A. "Other maladies befell the leadership at Folsom, where the Mexican mafia was winning the war. Two Hoovers were stabbed for bringing unsanctioned weapons to the yard. Tony Stacy charged the Central Committee with tribalism and called for all Hoovers in the state to resign from C.C.O. That was a big blow to the organization. Imagine all the Americans pulling out of the Democratic party. The fatal blow came when the Central Committee agreed to a peace treaty with the Mexican mafia, then turned around and declared war on the Blue Notes. The Hoovers sided with the B.N.C.O. and shit began to fall apart." Shakur, Sanyika; Kody Scott. Monster: The Autobiography of an L.A. Gang Member (p. 351)

I had been told that the b and p came from the saying Cradle = Crib to the grave = Crip and in the beginning they were interchangeable. It makes sense that media coverage(C!A) helped cement it. That just shows how quickly some of these simple beginning get turned into some overthought acronyms and urban legends. I believe AC gets it partially right in that so many people who were caught up in this early didn't know the difference and just rolled with whatever. We have to remember these were teenagers and a lot of it was put together on the go.

This is the original of originals! the knowledge and the relative aspects of Hoover history is with my Big bro. The brother TS didn't like the Hoovers extracting from the CRIP MACHINE because he felt Hoover's are Original Crips. (for those who were wondering) When i initiated Hoover Criminals in 1989 and then start writing Ck on the walls throughout LA it was due to Hoovers fighting so many crips. This was a shock to many Hoover's and many oppose this. TS and I had dinner recently and i explained to him my reasons for going that way making HOOVER'S Criminals. TS told me that he was hurt by this. So this SHOULD alleviate the suspense about how he feel about Hoover's leaving the Crip position. Much love to my Big bro TS

well my brother I'm going to tell you like this, our philosophy was regulated by the concept that if we are at War with most Crips, then we going to extract ourself from that crip concept and be unique, and just like Hoover's were Groovers before Crips, I decided at that time to be Hoover Criminal! and as far as your comment conveying that the whole world of Crips should of smashed us at that time, any crip who didn't like our political line could of joined that*** Enemy list*** and got whatever other enemies got who wanted some drama. so you can miss me with your comment that the whole crip world should have smashed us because our history speaks for itself

+Muhammad Ali Yeah your history gotta lot of people killed!!!! Buddha from the Original West Side Crips didn't won't y'all to be Crips in the first place!!!! And if you knew African history you would know that if the ruler ship is EGYPT while in the hell you're going to make your little tribe go up against the damn Empire?????? Raymond Washington and Crip Tookie and Mac Thomas was for unity!!!! To this very day I see hoods rolling through Hoover hood killing them at Liquor store's and up Fig and I bet Hoover's don't even know who's killing them!!!!! You getting a lot of people killed with your CK BK OK bullshit!!!

ONE TRUE GOD brother what are you talkin about? I think you are going to the extremity with your views period. Let me get some straight, you're sitting on social media telling me how my concept of CK BK with the Hoovers have got a lot of brothers killed with that black on black genocide participation! but it seems like you are a little distorted in your precepts and also your impulsiveness on a emotional Realm. I, myself, don't subscribe nor condone any African killing an African in the urban area of North America and it would behoove you to chill for a minute. we're talking about history and as everyone know and can attest that all gangs have bought about the destruction and the decimation of our people and not just my idea of CK BK with the Hoovers. Kev Mac is doing a good job in presenting history to our people to the young brother and the old brothers who is without knowledge, the origins and philosophy Crips, Bloods, Hoover's,etc. We all stand guilty for our involvement in the the destruction. This medium that brother kev is doing is to enlighten all the federations of tribes. Please stop wasting time in texting how you feel about me and you go to these liquor stores that these Africans drive by daily shooting and educate those souljahs who are standing there to be another victim..As salamm alaykum
