Great video very helpful, we just bought ours and had no condenser before and thought it was noisy and perhaps it was faulty or something but now thanks to your clip, we realise that's normal. Don't know if I will get used to all these buttons, ours is a slightly different model, but my husband after nearly falling off his chair when your dial said 3hrs has found a rapid 45min cycle!! At least he's happy 👍 just considering downloading the app to see if that will be of any benefit. My only concern is longevity, our old 4kg white knight we had for 7yrs (and we have a large family) more buttons and technology means more to go wrong! Fingers crossed it lasts. the supplier said the 10yr manufacture parts warrantee is a rip off as you have to use their engineers (who will naturally recoup any monies for Hoover!)

I love my washer/dryer.. it's really smart, not once have I had to touch it and clothes are cleaned dried and put away.. so worth the investment. Mrs loves it too

Same with the starting problem here. Sometimes you select everything and press start and nothing happens. Opening and closing the door, turning it off and on again etc. nothing. Just beeps and thats it. And then, all of a sudden, it just starts when you press start... when it brakes i definately will not buy again a hoover....

I actually hate this dryer - its so complecated and always keeps cutting out. Also due to the long time it takes to dry cloths this makes it difficult to use when we need to go out. Please you get on with it though.

its a shame about the design fault which is that the fluff gets caught on that rubber seal on the door glass and its hard to remove it then makes the machine look shabby

I have had mine for approx 5 years. Mine is 9kg model. I hate it. Its over complicated. To get towels and bedding dry I have to run the cycle multiple times. I only use it for towels, bedding, underwear. I also always do an extra spin in the washing machine so nothing goes in sopping wet. Currently looking for a different model.

Totally agree. This is a botched design. Touch screen / start failed three times, latest "repair" failed within a month (they glued had to glue a broken switch back on as engineer said they had so many problems they were "short of spares"), and now having to wait 3 weeks for an engineer to come out.

Can you please tell me where is the water container on this? I just both the same one,on the manual is shows there needs to be a handle on the door,to take the water container out,mine doesn’t have it

Now I have one of these I think is crap. A pain to set up to start it. U have to set how dry ect that I would understand if it did what it claims. No end of times I have set it to dry completely and the washing as still come out damp. No matter what settings u use its a pain but the best part is it goesnt do as claimed so why add this in first place.

Hi .I just got one of these. .it's so hot ... Inside the clothes are burning hot .and the outside of the dryer . My electric bill was 3 times more. Than my 25 year old vented.

Bought this 6 months ago. Bad design. It's stop trying clothes and the water filter melted. Now chasing the manufacturer up for a refund but they are sending an engineer who never turned up. I advise anyone else to avoid this dryer and company.

I have just got one and it collects lint in door frame, saw water inside the drum condensation should it do that ? It’s very noisy lol. Like u have bricks in side lol. I will try to return it. Otherwise try the darks and coloured to dry with max heat.

How about they make a dryer where you can actually adjust the time manually?! Instead of just having pre built in settings?

Normally means you need to empty the water out the bottom

I went back to the shop and had mine swapped, the new one is fine. Delivery guys said I was just unlucky to get faulty machine. Hope you get yours changed and sorted

Try selecting the one touch selection top left hand top of the selection wheel and that seems to let you change some selections before you start. E

We've got one of these at our rental and it sucks. Why can't I just have a timer and a heat option like my old dryer? Is there a way to dry a normal wash load that doesn't take 3 hours and it actually comes out dry?

Wow this thing is a pain to get going. Is there some sequence of time after you press the start till the second press. Who tests the products. User friendly, think not. When this one dies will replace with something else.

With ours it will say the time 2.48, but it will measure how dry the items are and adjust the timer. The dryer itself I wouldn't recommend as it's crap.

My mum has the same dryer but can’t set the timer to be less as we keep it on the highest heat setting. Does it take 2.48 mins to dry then towels or does it correct it’s time and brings it down according to the wetness of their towels? Help.

Tried what your said and it spins for about 10 mins and turns off. I have to keep restarting it and it takes all day to dry one load. Worst drier ever.

@@Kevo20 after a bit of ringing around it turns out it doesn't turn off, it has two heat settings, which can only be changed with the programmes, woolen or synthetic 🤦‍♀️ not ideal 🤣
