You have to apply over 160lbs of pressure at least to have a shot at "pinning" (IDK the term) Devon in arm wrestling. His static hold is so powerful! I'm sure he has techniques to make it very hard to "pin" him, so its not out of the world to need over 200 lbs of force if Devon has advantageous positioning.

you cant simply put on mass without getting fatter too. every bodybuilder is taking steroids. quit your unhealthy dream now, and only exercise for your health. thats the best advice i can give you. if you really want to stay natural and gain mass just eat 1,5 times the amount you currently do and keep exercising. youll probably gain another 20 kg of muscle and fat until you need to eat more again. but after that your body wont gain anymore muscles naturally. the more muscles you have the more muscle reducing hormones your body produces thats why muscle growth is capped and only steroids work, but please dont fall into that trap

For those of you who are wondering why he has seemingly small arms is cuz he has almost non existent tricep development because he cant actually fully straighten his arm and its hard to train the tricep, and also the fact that he is 6ft5 makes it that his arm is super long so the bicep doesn't peak as much, its more stretched out he has around 45cm arm max
