Honwave T40 first setup
After returning 2 faulty Honwave T38s, I decided to order a Honwave T40. I must say the built quality is spot on, the T40 has got my faith back towards to Honwave SIB.
This short video demonstrated the whole process for setting the T40 up for the first time. I now have used the boat for 3 times and I am much quick for setting the floor panels now, bring a small bottle of soap water is the key for making the setup much easier.

Hi, what’s your technique on fitting the rails onto the boards? I always struggle to get mine in place

Hi Tom, sorry for the late reply! I know what you mean, putting the rails in place is the hardest part after flatten the aluminium boards. However I learned a trick from another T40 owner, which is spreading some soap water on the rails before you try to get them in place, it makes a HUGE difference. So I always bring a spread bottle (£1.5 from IKEA) with some soap water, try it and good luck!

Hi Timothy, after couple of outings, I now can set the T40 up in about 30 - 40 mins, the biggest challenge is fitting the aluminium boards.
