Spectacular video my friend. 10/10👌 Be nice to hear your voice and see your face on screen as well. Something to think about for future videos mate. Just a brief hello and explain what gear your using and techniques you might use when fishing. Just an idea!🥴 Loving watching your channel develop and I can see your improving with every edit. Thanks for the very kind comments Budgee. Just occasionally I talk 😳 but I’m not a natural in front of the camera and words have a habit of coming out back to front 😂 I’ll give it a go in another video. I was intending on going over to the IOW but as you can see in the video it was a tad choppy outside of the harbour and it would of been hell on my bad back. Always another day. Hope to see you out there some day 😁🐟🌊🚤

Those are the day you want to be out on your honwave, cool video, I love mine not used it often enough to say how good it is yet but having the right engine makes a massive difference to.Thanks for sharing Ray K UK YNWA.

Cheers Ray. Not long now till spring 🙄 It’s always worth making the effort to get out. I’m hopefully upgrading to a 20 ft Arvor with a pilot house next year but will not get rid of my Honwave as it’s so versatile and can take it anywhere..

@@123boat your Honwave could be your TENDER for Arvor and fit on top of your pilot house. Lol , I plan going out in March next I’m saving for a DF20A Suzuki for when I go out to sea, sell my brand new Orca 9.9hp and getting a 6hp Suzuki as back up. Orca is way to heavy as a back up. Being STUPID I still thought I could lift weights with ease like when I was younger don’t know why but it came as a BIG shock that I couldn’t. Doh.

@@raykeogh1972 The DF 20 will be plenty of power. Weight is always a factor with these sibs when launching and recovery. I’m no spring chicken anymore and have to be careful I don’t put my back out lifting the outboard and sib. I’ve got a t27 I’ll use as a tender and when I need it out and about I’ll tow it behind me. Won’t put it on the roof as it’ll bend my aerial 😂

@@123boat The tender was a joke (very rare I am serious) I did a video on here I think? Hmm I fitted a hoist on the back of my MotorHome to lift the engine and boat, it’s very easy now. Looking forward to seeing your video’s in the new boat.

@@raykeogh1972 I did realise it was a joke 😂 especially the t38 😳 Just had a look at your video. A fantastic idea to save your back from misery 👏👍 Hopefully getting the boat soon. Got a sea trial as soon as the current owner gets a new part for the fuel pump. Keep your eye out on my channel 👍

That is beautiful footage. I feel that the T38 is the best all round SIB currently manufactured. I really liked mine until the floor got a nasty puncture on a seam. I currently have a Bombard Aerotech which I feel out performs the T38 but is quite a bit smaller.

@@123boat I’ve been out a few times last year, but I don’t have much footage. I regret that my drone doesn’t have a “follow me” mode - that would be very useful. Edit: just discovered that Litchi has been updated to work with the Mini 2 and adds a follow me mode. I shall have to get some footage next time I am out!

Hi Ryan. The 9hp is upgraded to 15hp with wider Reed valves and goes up to about 25mph 👍

I have 3m boat world sib it’s basically the cheap copy of you honwave! And with the 9.9 tohatsu im only getting 17mph any idea why?

Good morning Ryan. My Yamaha 9.9hp 2 stroke has been upgraded to 15hp so explains why I get more mph. My top speed was 25mph which is more than enough for a 3.8m sib. Cruising at 15 mph is just right for me. If you haven’t already tried it, get a tiller extension and get your weight forward to the bow. Also have a play with the outboard trim settings. Hope this helps 👍
