Honwave Beach Launch and Recovery at Cloughey Beach

One of the channel viewer, Paul Totten, recommended a fishing spot 3 miles of Cloughey. This however required a beach launch which was something I had forgotten just how much work was involved in. I have included all the steps of getting the boat into the water and back onto the trailer afterwards. I often get comments of why I have included the whole process rather than a time lapse, but this is to give a realistic idea of the work involved to those who might be thinking about doing something similar. Likewise I haven't included any music so you can hear the work involved. I have many other videos comparing this process at a slipway both with and without the tide. So was it worth the work? The fishing was great as you can see at • Honwave Fishing - Sout... Next time I think I'll time the return at high tide so I'm dragging the boat down the hill at the start.

Yes hard work but a good representation of how it could be if I bought a boat. Probably not fit enough at my time of life. Regards, thank you.

Neat! May I suggest never go out into the ocean without a second motor. I never do plus I also have an expandable window washing pole I use to ward off any nosey sharks. It works real well since they do not like getting hit in the head. And no it is not sharp.
