Awesome stuff!! And yea, as a biased Pirates fan for over 50 years, Honus is GOAT at short!!
Recently finished the DeValerias' biography. A life well-lived.

It’s a great museum 20 minutes from dahntahn
It seemed like he was free of ego, pretense, excessive anger, greed, and just about every other vice. (He did like beer, cigars, and chewing tobacco.) Is his kind anywhere to be found in sports any more?
There is a museum in Iowa devoted to the artifacts of Bob Feller.

@@harrisonwaldman4351 no my grandfather had sold the house in queens ny with all contents in about 1970 with the shoebox of cards in the attic containing the 2 cards among other unknown cards of the era. My brother is looking for the article of the find given to him by his daughter my aunt who was a top antique dealer.I was told by my grandfather they were worth 50k ea and left in will for me and brother?Im looking for puzzle pieces now.in 1970 i think thats all they were worth.supposedly 1 card was found up there. We ar going through probably a dozen boxes with old pics and who knows what else my brother said pops and the Babe .Someone cleaned the attic in Queens and found either 1 or both cards. There was an article even a paperback i read about a card find coincidently in forest hills... After many yrs listening to my pop complaining about the mistake he made.Id like to put it to rest along with his storys..Finding the article or provenance will suffice. As it means nothing to anyone but me.My brother doesnt care ..

Well, to be painfully honest, Honus Wager had more of a face for MMA than MLB.
