At 10, I lost my vision. At 12 I discovered Tony Hawk and skateboarding. I dove in 100%. I cried the night Tony did the first 900 because it was so meaningful. @@booboobangbang6685 I understand. That's pretty cool of your friends. I've had bad vision since I was 7 (I'm 29 now) but I can see with glasses. Is your blindness just really blurry? Like can you make out general objects but everything is unclear? I'm fascinated by blindness - I'll probably be legally blind by the time I'm 60 lol. Eye problems run in my family. My grandma had macular degeneration and was legally blind when she got older, and my mom has had cataracts but got them removed. I know there's different types but I always wondered if there's people that see nothing at all vs. being able to see shapes but not see them clearly. I always have friends ask me what it's like to need glasses, now I'm asking you the same question! Hope it doesn't bother you, I'm just curious. It's awesome that you can still skate.
