Ingredients (材料):
100g rice flour (粘米粉)
50g glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
50g plain flour (普通面粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
200ml coconut cream (包装椰浆)
50ml water (水)
3 large eggs (鸡蛋) ~ grade A
100g caster sugar (细砂糖)
40ml water, optional (40毫升水,选择性)
Some toasted white sesame seeds (适量炒香白芝麻)

you can use 125ml of thick coconut milk add with 125ml of water

Nice recipe. You can get the mould in Indian shops also. This is a traditional sweet (Achappam) made during festivals. Recently I have uploaded a recipe of this Instant Achappam. ( kzread.info/dash/bejne/h6uVmJppZpbbh7Q.html)

I tried your recipe but it was not successful . Last year I followed your 2017 recipe without adding glutinous rice flour it was successful.The mould even heated for 3 mins the batter stick to the mould and it was already half cooked in the batter and when I dip it inside the oil it couldn't come out from the hot oil .All wasted 😭
Why it didn't work... Mine...?
