Why use a honey press?
To differentiate your product! When pressing your honey, it is not exposed to the oxygen in the same way as when you use an extractor, and therefore it retains fragrances and flavors better.
In addition, a higher pollen content is preserved in the honey when it is pressed.
Pollen contains lots of nutrients and antioxidants which help to enhance the health-promoting effect of honey.
