INGREDIENTS AND SIDENOTES:
Chicken-
3 leg quarters or 3 thighs and 3 legs.
1 TBLS seasoning salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lemon pepper ( with or without salt )
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp bouillon
Sauce-
3 TBLS honey
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 TBLS butter
1 tsp parsley
SIDENOTES:
1. You can substitute 2 lbs of any chicken parts you like
2. Lemon pepper can be with salt or salt free. Just be sure to taste as you go for seasoning.
3. Feel free to add as much honey to the sauce as you like. Be careful when cooking with more honey. The extra honey can burn. Just turn you fire down and continue to stir and you’ll be good.
4. Dried or fresh parsley are fine for this recipe.
5. Taste your sauce for adjust seasoning to you liking before adding to chicken.
