Thanks for another great recipe! You have to try ramen lasagna made like regular lasagna but with a bit more sauce so the uncooked noodles cook. FD by slicing thin.😊

Ive got to try this, it looks really good. Please keep the videos coming. I have learned so much. Must say you had me really nervous with the knife cutting those noodles apart, lol.
My husband wants me to try this one even though he does not like onions.
Spray your measuring cup with cooking spray before adding honey, molasses etc. In recipes calling for oil just measure oil first then sticky stuff afterwards and slips out easily.

Glad you are back to regular food. Candy coating is interesting but not something I will probably ever do. Love this recipe and your videos. I use my hand mixer and it is done in a flash and you can control the size of pieces.

Thank You, you can see in the video that it came out of the FD perfectly, no expansion or anything and very dry. Be advised that I did pre=freeze don't know if that makes a difference.

@JohnInBibs gotcha. I have done a few things that had "too much" sugar and they seemed sticky. Maybe I should dry longer. Yes, I always pre-freeze too. 4 trays in the dryer and 4 trays in the freezer
Your book just arrived! So many good recipes. Because my husband is a Celiac, we cannot use Ramen noodles. What do you suggest as a gluten free substitute. Thank you!

Sorry I am not familiar with gluten free. I do know that cooked angel hair spaghetti rehydrate well. Maybe use or try what ever noodles you currently use. Thank you for your support buying my book!
FYI I bought your ebook and it’s really good. I ran into a problem with the purchase though. I live outside the US and it wouldn’t let me finish the purchase and there was no explanation. @@JohnInBibs idk. We tried from my iPhone, iPad and android phone and a computer before trying with a vpn. My husband is a computer nerd and wanted to try everything. Fortunately the vpn worked.
I see what looks like up to 500mL food - safe syringes on Amazon.
I have a question, the blue hand sealer you used for your the 2nd seal, what temperature do you set it for? I want to make sure I set it high enough to seal without it melting the Mylar bag. Thank you.
