About Honey Cake
Honey Cake is a dessert which is known for its lengthy preparation time. It consists of layers of sponge cake with a cream filling and is often covered with nuts or crumbs made from leftover cake. We should. NEVER HEAT honey as per Ayurveda !! Even for medicinal purposes, we add a tsp of honey to lukewarm water and never to boiling water.

It makes the honey lose a lot of nutritional components, but if the honey is being added to a dish with maida, then it isn't really supposed to be healthy and is just for the flavor, which more or less stays intact. So, heating the honey is bad if you're looking for good nutrients but isn't harmful in any way possible

@@rajshrifood Hello, around 8. I often use the oven when cooking. People say that cooking in a pan is easier, but then you have to constantly stand in front of the stove while the oven does its job :)
