The difference from Suicide Squad is that we actually see Katara bloodbending.

"Appa, the only reason any of them are still alive" That's so true to life. The animals I've had have always been protective of me, especially when I was a child. They have more awareness than we give them credit for, sometimes.

I just realized that since Aang is a vegetarian, he most likely does have actual blood sugar issues.

Even ignoring fruit, which is silly, Have you ever heard of 'sugar beets'?? Squash? Sweet potatoes, carrots, or corn? It's not all celery and kale out there.

I am in no way suggesting other options don't exist, merely that (until korra) the avatar universe has very little in the way of infrastructure, so getting access to sweet potatoes and other vegetarian fiber/protein sources might be hard in the middle of a country sized swamp.

First episode immediately states how sexism is wrong.

The best part of the show was the filler episodes that doesn't necessarily move the plot but it's written so well it ended up being very enjoyable and memorable.

Fun fact: the head writer Aaron Ehaze, made the dragin prince. It makes Sokkas boomerang line so much better.

About Zukos Angst thing, in one of the comics Iroh pretends to be Zuko while he is off somewhere else and Iroh says something along the lines of: "Am I capturing the angst? I've been practicing all day." And I think that's hilarious

@Daniel Gonzalez Huerta In the greek story of icarus, icarus and his inventor uncle were forced to work for a king, so the uncle(forgot his name) made a way for them to escape using makeshift wings with wax and paper, so they flew out the window but icarus was too excited by being able to fly that he forgot the wings were made of wax, and when he got too high and close to the sun, the wax melted and the wings fell apart and he fell into the sea, it basically means dont be too cocky or it will backfire on you Edit: it was his father not his uncle, and the fathers name was Daedalus

Now to wait for the honest trailer for the Netflix version
