Leeta bravely shares some of her story, she has been a pivotal contributing force in the set up and development of Roots to Wellbeing as a charity, as have many including Chris - Who shares in the series here (@positiveworld). She is an Empath and sensitive intuitive Soul and has many strengths, skils (including Beauty Therapy for over 35 years, Face painting, Art and her immense creativity). Leeta shares from that Heart how she has experienced doubt and Anxiety; as can we all when our desire is to support and nurture others.
We first met Leeta as we were starting to develop as a charity in 2018, and our paths crossed in many ways through Giving and Connecting. Leeta was experiencing a difficult time, and was unsure where to turn to get the support and tools she needed to get better. But, she was ready to start her Journey and all that was needed; as from hope and a willngness to try new things, courage and bravery we can grow.
Leeta runs a lovely Beauty Studio in Harlow, called East Park Beauty Studio based in Old Harlow in Essex and LD Facepainting, supporting events and our Charity in so many ways:
