Yanni -mindbody and spirit shares how his emotions, fear and experiences were affecting him on a subconcious level, how he has learned to use and share methods to support himself and others. Many of us grow up with fear and trauma from learned experiences that can affect our abilities to connect with ourselves and others. Use of a mantra / gratitudes can support us day to day in many ways.
Yanni shares the 4 part mantra from Ho'oponopono which is a Hawaian technique designed to help let go of negative thoughts and emotions. This technique was created by Morrnah Simeona and disseminated by Dr. Hew Len and is currently used by many people around the world. It involves 4 statements: 'I'm Sorry, Please Forgive me, Thankyou, I Love You'
Yanni has been a mindfulness meditation and mentoring coach and holistic therapist for a number of years now. This became his passion through experiencing the negative mindset for years. Yanni found that changing his mindset he found and positivity in his life, helping him change his outlook.
Yanni's passion is helping people find their true purpose, passion and positivity to live their full potential, 'as we all deserve to be living the best version of us'.
