I'm so excited I'm part of the first 100 subscribers!!!! I dream of traveling. I'm a nursing student. Thinking of going back to school to become a doctor. It'd take me another 7-10 years but I think it'd be worth the effort. I just hope I can travel in-between all the responsibilities.

Awesome video and Thanks for sharing! Was the room in the video Mountain/Ocean View with Terrace? We are planning to book for March and want to know how does Mountain Terrace look like so looking forward for your response.

Thanks for watching! We stayed in an ocean view terrace 2 queen, which had a cool outside area to lounge at, but because our room was surrounded by shrubbery there were a ton of insects so we unfortunately didn't hangout on the terrace much.

I rented a car through Hertz. I recommend signing up for a hertz gold account so you can select the contactless pick up since the line can be really long! You’ll want a car on Kauai since there aren’t many Ubers or public transportation.

Do you recommend renting a car or can you get around by walking / kayak / courtesy car?

I would recommend having your own rental car. Kauai has so many awesome spots to check out that require a car. Also if you only want to use the audis to get around, you still have to get a cab ride to and from the resort from the airport, which is not cheap! I suggest creating a Hertz gold member account for free and booking a car through them. Gold members will have their car waiting for them, so no lines (contactless).

At the 3:25 mark there is a waterfall. What waterfall is that?

How were the two closest beaches (Puu Puo Beach and Hideaway Beach) to the hotel and when did you visit?

Puu Puo is great, a little rocky at low tide, but easy access from 1 Hotel and you can snorkel. Also Tunnels, Anini, and Hanalei Bay pier are all awesome. Although Tunnels is hard to find parking!

Hideaway is cool! I think I remember it being a little steep at certain points to hike down and the beach isn't very large but definitely worth checking out! @@user-dv1nh5mm2f

They don't give you free electric car, this is misleading. The car is given you for 2h max as part of Audi sponsorship so you can't take car and just go for your hikes. Also expect car sales people calling you afterwards.

Im sorry but the hotel mngmt needs work. Very inexperienced managers overworked staff who drive a transit bus an hour n a half from employee housing to the resort. I felt sorry for some guests paying the amount that they were paying to stay here. On the flip side the activities and beauty are lovely. The island has a beautiful peace and tranquility over it.
